Reduction in time limit for claiming subsidy
3D Reduction in time limit for claiming subsidy
(1) A claim for a subsidy under this Act may be made no later than 12 months
after the subsidy abolition date.
(2) A subsidy is not payable in respect of
any claim made more than 12 months after the subsidy abolition date.
(3) This
section applies despite section 11A.
