PHARMACY PRACTICE ACT 2006 - SECT 47
Role of Commission
(1) Before the Board deals with or refers a complaint under this Part, the
Board and the Commission must consult in order to see if agreement can be
reached between them as to the course of action to be taken concerning a
complaint.
(2) Division 2 of Part 2 of the Health Care Complaints Act 1993
applies to the consultation and the outcomes of the consultation.
