PHARMACY PRACTICE ACT 2006 - SECT 45
Board to notify person against whom complaint is made
45 Board to notify person against whom complaint is made
(1) Written notice of the making of a complaint, the nature of the complaint
and the identity of the complainant is to be given by the Board to the
pharmacist against whom the complaint is made, as soon as practicable after
the complaint is made.
(2) Notice is not required to be given if the
Commission is handling the complaint.
(3) Notice is not required to be given
if the giving of the notice will or is likely to: (a) prejudice the
investigation of the complaint, or
(b) place the health or safety of a person
at risk, or
(c) place the complainant or another person at risk of
intimidation or harassment.
