PHARMACY PRACTICE ACT 2006 - SECT 43
Form of complaint
(1) A complaint must be in writing, must identify the complainant and must
contain particulars of the allegations on which it is founded.
(2) The Board
may consider and investigate a complaint even if it does not comply with the
requirements of this section (except the requirement that it identify the
complainant) but must not proceed to deal with the complaint under this Part
until they are complied with.
(3) The Board may require the complainant to
provide further particulars of a complaint.
