Restrictions on registration of deregistered persons
18 Restrictions on registration of deregistered persons
(1) A person cannot apply for registration (and any such application must be
rejected) if: (a) the person’s registration is cancelled pursuant to an
order of the Chairperson or a Deputy Chairperson, the Tribunal or the Supreme
Court, or
(b) the Chairperson or a Deputy Chairperson, the Tribunal or the
Supreme Court orders that the person not be re-registered.
(2) The only way
such a person can again be registered is on a review under Division 3 of Part
6 of the order by which the person’s registration was cancelled.
