PHARMACY PRACTICE ACT 2006 - SECT 12

12 Ancillary provisions relating to registration

(1) The Board may grant registration for the purposes of this Act.

(2) Part 4 of the Licensing and Registration (Uniform Procedures) Act 2002 (the "applied Act") applies to and in respect of registration under this Act, subject to the modifications and limitations prescribed by or under this Act.

(3) The regulations may make provision for or with respect to such matters concerning registration as are relevant to the operation of Part 4 of the applied Act.

(4) Schedule 1 has effect with respect to registration under this Act.
