Amendment or repeal of PEPs
33 Amendment or repeal of PEPs
(1) A policy may be amended or repealed by another policy prepared and made in
accordance with the relevant procedures set out in this Chapter.
(2)
Section 30 of the Interpretation Act 1987 applies to a policy in the same way
as it applies to a statutory rule.
