30 Implementing PEPs--action by public authorities
(1) A policy must be taken into consideration by a public authority when
exercising statutory or other functions, if the public authority is required
to do so by that or another policy.
(2) Such a requirement can be made as
regards--
(a) a specified public authority, or a specified class of public
authorities, or public authorities generally, and
(b) a specified function,
or a specified class of functions, or functions generally.
(3) This section
does not limit the other provisions of this Part.
