PROTECTION OF THE ENVIRONMENT OPERATIONS ACT 1997 - SECT 259

259 Proof of certain appointments not required

In any proceedings under this Act no proof is required (until evidence is given to the contrary) of:

(a) the appointment of the Chairperson or any member of the staff of the EPA, or

(b) the appointment of the general manager or any officer or employee of a local authority, or

(c) the appointment of the marine authority.
