Forfeited motor vehicles or vessels become the property of the State
210E Forfeited motor vehicles or vessels become the property of the State
(1) A motor vehicle or vessel ordered by the Land and Environment Court to be
forfeited under this Part (or the proceeds of sale of any such motor vehicle
or vessel) becomes the property of the State.
(2) Any such motor vehicle or
vessel may (subject to the regulations) be sold or disposed of in such manner
as the EPA thinks fit.
