Seizure of motor vehicles or vessels used to commit repeat waste offences
210B Seizure of motor vehicles or vessels used to commit repeat waste offences
(1) The EPA may seize a motor vehicle or vessel that the EPA has reason to
believe has been used for the purpose of committing a repeat waste offence.
(2) The State, the EPA or any other person is not liable for a seizure under
this Part for which there was reasonable cause.
