12 Preparation of draft PEP
(1) The EPA may from time to time prepare draft policies in accordance with
this Chapter.
(2) The Minister may direct the EPA to prepare a draft policy
about a particular matter in accordance with this Chapter. The EPA must comply
with the direction.
