PROTECTION OF THE ENVIRONMENT ADMINISTRATION ACT 1991 - SECT 19
Director-General to manage and control affairs of Authority
(1) The affairs of the Authority are to be managed and controlled by the
Director-General in accordance with the policies determined by the Board and
any other decisions of the Board, but subject to any directions of the
Minister under this Act.
(2) Any act, matter or thing done in the name of, or
on behalf of, the Authority by the Director-General is taken to have been done
by the Authority.
