PREVENTION OF CRUELTY TO ANIMALS ACT 1979 - SECT 28A
Offence of impersonating an authorised officer
A person must not
impersonate, or falsely represent that the person is, an officer.
Maximum
penalty: 100 penalty units or imprisonment for 6 months, or both.
