(1) An attorney under a power of attorney that is terminated must not do any act or thing under the power of attorney if the attorney knows of the termination at the time the attorney does the act or thing.Maximum penalty: 5 years imprisonment.
(2) An attorney under a power of attorney must not do any act or thing under the power of attorney where the authority to do that act or thing has been suspended if the attorney knows of the suspension at the time the attorney does the act or thing.Maximum penalty: 5 years imprisonment.
