PAROLE ORDERS (TRANSFER) ACT 1983 - SECT 4
Appointment of Registrar
4 Appointment of Registrar
(1) There shall be a Registrar of Transferred Parole Orders who shall be
appointed by the Minister.
(2) A person is not eligible for appointment as
Registrar unless the person is a public servant.
