41 Seal of Place Management NSW

The seal of Place Management NSW is to be kept by the Chief Executive Officer, or by a member of the staff of Place Management NSW authorised in that behalf by the Chief Executive Officer, and may be fixed to a document only:

(a) in the presence of the Chief Executive Officer or that member of the staff, and

(b) with an attestation by the signature of the Chief Executive Officer or that member of staff of the fact of the fixing of the seal.
