PUBLIC LOTTERIES ACT 1996 - SECT 43D
False claims for prizes
43D False claims for prizes
Any person who lodges a claim for a prize in a public lottery knowing that it
is false or misleading in a material respect is guilty of an offence.
Maximum
penalty: 100 penalty units.
