Unauthorised selling of entries in or subscriptions to public lottery prohibited
43A Unauthorised selling of entries in or subscriptions to public lottery
prohibited
A person (other than a licensee, or a person acting for the licensee, in the
lawful conduct of a public lottery) who sells an entry in, or a subscription
to, a public lottery is guilty of an offence.
Maximum penalty: 100 penalty
units.
