Surrender or revocation of licence
21 Surrender or revocation of licence
(1) A licensee may surrender the licence by giving notice in writing to the
Minister. If the licence is held by more than one licensee, all licensees must
surrender the licence.
(2) The surrender takes effect only if the Minister
consents to the surrender.
(3) If a licensee who is a person other than a
corporation dies, the licence is taken to have been revoked on the death of
the licensee.
