PUBLIC LOTTERIES ACT 1996 - SECT 10
Application for licence
10 Application for licence
(1) An application for a licence to conduct a public lottery may be made to
the Minister by any one or more persons.
(2) An application is to be in such
form, and accompanied by such documents, as the Minister requires.
(3) An
application may not be made by or on behalf of a person who is under the age
of 18 years.
