New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsAn Act to sanction and to provide for the construction and equipment of an inner harbour at Port Kembla; to authorise the construction of a railway from Coniston Marshalling Yards to the port boundary of that harbour; to ratify a certain Agreement made between The Broken Hill Proprietary Company Limited of the first part Australian Iron & Steel Limited of the second part and the Minister for Public Works for and on behalf of Her Most Gracious Majesty Queen Elizabeth II of the third part with respect to the exchange of lands, with respect to the granting to those Companies of an exclusive right to construct wharves on certain lands and with respect to certain other matters; to provide for the carrying into effect of that Agreement; to amend the Public Works Act 1912 , and certain other Acts in certain respects; and for purposes connected therewith.
