Obstruction of person executing search warrant
49 Obstruction of person executing search warrant
(cf ICAC Act s 84; RC (PS) Act s 24)
A person must not, without reasonable excuse, obstruct or hinder a person
executing a search warrant.
Maximum penalty: 20 penalty units or imprisonment
for 2 years, or both.
