PRIVATE HOSPITALS AND DAY PROCEDURE CENTRES ACT 1988 - SECT 45

45 Copy of Act and regulations to be available

The licensee of an establishment shall, at all times while the establishment is being conducted, cause a copy of this Act and the regulations to be readily available at the establishment for inspection by the chief nurse.

Maximum penalty: 5 penalty units.
