PRIVATE HOSPITALS AND DAY PROCEDURE CENTRES ACT 1988 - SECT 43
Registered nurse to be on duty
The licensee of an establishment shall, at all times while the establishment
is being conducted, cause a registered nurse to be on duty in the
establishment.
Maximum penalty: 20 penalty units.
