PRIVATE HOSPITALS AND DAY PROCEDURE CENTRES ACT 1988 - SECT 38

38 Executor or administrator regarded as licensee

If a licensee of an establishment dies and he or she was the only licensee of the establishment, the executor of the will or administrator of the estate of the licensee shall be taken to be the licensee for a period not exceeding 2 months or such longer period as the Secretary may, in any particular case, approve.
