PRIVATE HOSPITALS AND DAY PROCEDURE CENTRES ACT 1988 - SECT 28
Application for review of Secretary’s decision
(1) A person aggrieved by a decision of the Secretary may apply, in or to the
effect of the form prescribed by the regulations, to the Minister to review
the decision of the Secretary.
(2) On receipt of an application for review,
the Minister shall forward the application to the Chairperson of Committees of
Review, who shall establish a Committee of Review to advise the Minister on
the application.
