PRIVATE HOSPITALS AND DAY PROCEDURE CENTRES ACT 1988 - SECT 15

15 Conditions of licence

(1) The Secretary may issue a licence subject to such conditions as may be specified in the licence.

(2) A licence is subject to the condition that the licensee must, in respect of the conduct of the establishment concerned, hold or otherwise be covered by such insurance or other liability cover as may be prescribed by the regulations.
