An application may be made to the Civil and Administrative Tribunal for an
administrative review under the Administrative Decisions Review Act 1997 of a
public health order based on a Category 4 condition by the person the subject
of the order.
Note : The making of any such order is a
"decision" for the purposes of the Administrative Decisions Review Act 1997 .
