Eyeball tattooing to be carried out by medical practitioner or other qualified person39A Eyeball tattooing to be carried out by medical practitioner or other qualified person
Eyeball tattooing must not be carried out by any person other than--
(a) a medical practitioner, or
(b) a person, or person belonging to a class of persons, prescribed by the regulations for the purposes of this section.
: Maximum penalty--100 penalty units or imprisonment for 6 months, or both.
