New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsIf an authorised medical practitioner considers that the person to whom a public health order applies is no longer endangering, or likely to endanger, the health of the public, the medical practitioner is to revoke the order and immediately give written notice of the revocation to:
(a) the person to whom the order applied, and
(b) the appropriate reviewer.
