New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsImmediately after registration of the death of a person apparently caused by a scheduled medical condition, the Registrar of Births, Deaths and Marriages is to arrange to have sent to the Director-General, in the approved form, a notification of the death stating:
(a) the name, address and age of the deceased, and
(b) the name of the person who certified the cause of death, and
(c) such other particulars as may be prescribed.
