New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsThe lands described in the Schedule to this Act are hereby vested in the trustees of the Parramatta and District United Friendly Societies’ Medical and Dispensing Institute, for an estate in fee-simple, free from any estates, trusts, conditions, reservations, powers, and provisions conferred by, contained in, or imposed by the said grant of the twenty-fifth day of February, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-three. Such lands may be held and dealt with by the said trustees, subject to any rules made or to be made by the said institute and duly registered.
