Proceedings for offences
63 Proceedings for offences
(1) Proceedings for an offence against a provision of this Act or the
prescribed requirements shall be disposed of in the Local Court.
(2) A
penalty incurred under this Act or the prescribed requirements, when paid or
recovered, shall be paid into the Consolidated Fund.
