PARLIAMENTARY ELECTORATES AND ELECTIONS ACT 1912 - SECT 82
Ballot papers to be provided
82 Ballot papers to be provided
(1) Ballot papers to be used for an election for a district shall be provided
by the Electoral Commissioner after a poll has been appointed.
(2) Such
papers shall be in or to the effect of the form prescribed in Schedule 4.
