New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsIf any commissioner dies or becomes permanently incapable from illness of performing the commissioner’s duties, or resigns office, or vacates office by reason of any of the causes mentioned in section 7 (2) or in section 11, the Governor shall by commission under the Great Seal appoint a person eligible under section 6 as commissioner in place of the original commissioner.
