New South Wales Consolidated ActsIn relation to an election for the Assembly, the decision of the returning officer as to the allowance or disallowance or the acceptance or rejection of:
(a) the ballot paper of an absent voter,
(a1) any ballot paper to which section 115A applies,
(b) the ballot paper of an elector who has voted by post,
(c) the ballot paper of an elector who has voted before polling day, or
(d) any ballot paper to which section 106 applies,shall, subject to review by the Court of Disputed Returns when hearing a petition in accordance with Part 6, be final.
