Director of Public Prosecutions to conduct prosecutions
8 Director of Public Prosecutions to conduct prosecutions
The prosecutor in any proceedings in which this Act applies to a person shall
be the Director of Public Prosecutions, or a person authorised for the time
being by the Director of Public Prosecutions in relation to the proceedings.
