Information relating to the Program etc to be given to person charged
6 Information relating to the Program etc to be given to person charged
A person to whom this Act applies who is charged with a
child sexual assault offence shall, as soon as practicable after being
charged, be furnished, in a manner approved by the Attorney General, with
information regarding the operation of this Act.
