PRE-TRIAL DIVERSION OF OFFENDERS ACT 1985 - SECT 30B
Administration of the Program
30B Administration of the Program
(1) The Department of Health is to administer the Program.
(2) The
Director-General of that Department is to prepare an annual report on the
operation and effectiveness of the Program being administered by the
Department and is to forward the report to the Attorney General, the Minister
for Health and the Minister for Community Services.
