New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsWhere an inspector or person authorised by the Minister carries out any work under the provisions of section 9 or section 16 or section 21 (4), the expenses recoverable by an inspector shall include a proportionate part of the salary or wages of the person carrying out the work, having regard to the time occupied by the person in carrying out the work and in travelling for such purpose, and the necessary expenses incurred in connection with such travelling.
