Assaulting, threatening, obstructing etc an inspector
25C Assaulting, threatening, obstructing etc an inspector
A person who assaults, threatens, resists, obstructs or hinders an inspector
in the exercise of a function conferred or imposed on an inspector by or under
this Act is guilty of an offence and liable to a penalty not exceeding 100
penalty units.
