(a) any notice given by an inspector under sections 13, 14, or 15,
(b) any direction given or order published by the Minister in accordance with this Act,
(c) any proclamation issued under this Act,the Minister may authorise an inspector to do or cause to be done all such things as are necessary in order to comply with the terms of any such notice, direction, order or proclamation, and the expenses thereby incurred shall be recoverable by an inspector in any court of competent jurisdiction from the person guilty of the default.
