PLANT DISEASES ACT 1924 - SECT 11
Inspectors
(1) The Director-General may, by notification in the Gazette, appoint
inspectors for the purposes of this Act.
(2) An inspector has, and may
exercise, the functions conferred or imposed on the inspector by this Act or
the regulations.
(3) The Director-General may authorise in writing any person
to perform any or all of the functions of an inspector.
(4) An authority
under subsection (3) may be limited in its operation to a specified part of
the State.
