New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsThe Minister may appoint the Deputy Secretary of the Treasury or some other officer of the Treasury to act in place of the Secretary of the Treasury as trustee during the illness or absence of the Secretary of the Treasury, and any person so appointed shall while so acting exercise and perform all the powers, authorities, duties, functions and obligations of a trustee.
