Trustees to be a body corporate
14A Trustees to be a body corporate
(1) There is constituted by this Act a body corporate with the corporate name
of the Trustees of the Parliamentary Contributory Superannuation Fund.
(2)
The body corporate is to consist of the trustees who are holding office under
section 14.
