PARLIAMENTARY CONTRIBUTORY SUPERANNUATION ACT 1971 - SECT 14

14 Trustees of the Fund

(1) The trustees of the Fund shall be:

(a) two members of the Legislative Council who shall be appointed and may be removed by order of the Legislative Council,

(b) five members of the Legislative Assembly (of whom at least one shall be a Minister of the Crown) who shall be appointed and may be removed by order of the Legislative Assembly, and

(c) the Secretary of the Treasury.

(2) A person holding office as trustee vacates that office on ceasing to be a member.
