Interim actuarial investigation
10A Interim actuarial investigation
(1) The Minister may appoint an actuary to make an interim actuarial
investigation between triennial actuarial investigations.
(2) The Minister
must not appoint an actuary to make an interim actuarial investigation within
a period of 3 months after the completion of an actuarial investigation or
within a period of 6 months before the next triennial actuarial investigation.
(3) The actuary must complete the investigation, and report the result to the
Minister, not later than on the date appointed by the Minister or such later
date or dates as the Minister may appoint if the Minister considers that
special circumstances exist to justify an extension or further extension.
