12 Damaged, lost, stolen or destroyed Photo Cards

The person to whom a Photo Card has been issued must notify Transport for NSW as soon as practicable if the Photo Card is damaged, stolen, lost or destroyed during the period for which the Photo Card is valid.

: Maximum penalty--10 penalty units.
