PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH (CORPORATIONS) ACT 1995 - SECT 9

9 Functions of corporations

A corporation constituted under this Division may exercise the functions conferred or imposed by the General Assembly on:

(a) the corporation, or

(b) the unincorporated body of the Church that was constituted as the corporation.
